True to its name, the building once housed the Free Methodist Publishing House (and, in other chapters, a casket factory and a hologram museum). Lovingly restored as a B&B, it pairs original character with thoughtful contemporary design: a double-sided fireplace in the great room, clawfoot tubs, framed art throughout, and a cozy basement bar — all in the middle of the West Loop’s celebrated restaurant scene.
